As your personal trainer, I will provide the necessary tools to help you reach all of your goals. The key to consistent progress is staying motivated.  I accomplish this through unique and progressively challenging  workouts.  I believe in variety, so I am routinely changing the training program.  I train all my clients with different training methods that involve things ranging from regular weights to flex bands, chains, medicine balls, weight sleds and bodyweight exercises.  Some workouts are also done outdoors.
