Weight training- Will help you meet your own individual needs as well as your personal and physical goals. Each session will include integrated strength training, balance, core strength and stability, aerobic and anaerobic conditioning, flexibility and more. Reach your true physical or athletic potential.
Jiu-Jitsu/MMA- Private lessons can be individualized one-on-one, two person, or semi-group sessions. Private lessons are a great way for students to improve their skills. Includes working on basic boxing/striking, takedowns, and jiu jitsu.
Bootcamp- This program is designed to challenge and motivate all fitness levels in a fun and supportive atmosphere. A full body conditioning program that is done outdoors.
In-home workout- If you prefer training in the comfort of your home, in-home training is available. No equipment, no problem. I bring enough equipment to take you through many full body circuits.
Nutritional plan- Covers every aspect of nutrition, includes a list of your best sources for protein, carbs, and fats. Detailed and customized to fit each individual. Changed every 3 days.
Online workout and online diet design- You get a customized workout plan and diet. Diet will be changed every 3 days and workout will change every 2-3 weeks. All done through phone consultation and email
