As your personal trainer I will provide the necessary tools to help you reach all your goals. The key to consistent progress is staying motivated. I accomplish this through unique and progressively challenging workouts. I believe in variety so I am routinely changing the training program. I train all my clients with unique training methods that involve things ranging from regular weights to Flex bands, chains, weight sleds and bodyweight exercises. Some workouts are also done outdoors. Training can be done at the following locations:

In todays busy society in-home training has become very popular. Sometimes people can't find time to make it to a gym. With in-home training you can still get a great workout without leaving your home. They're are alot of benefits to this type training. A few examples are:

The purpose of a stabilty ball is to produce a surface that increases your body's sense of instability. This forces your body to stabilize or balance, activating your stabilizer muscles over the entire body.
Jump roping optimizes cardiovascular conditioning and maximizes athletic skills combining agility, coordination, timing and endurance. I feel the jump rope is one of the forgotten exercises. This simple portable tool can be used to give you one of the most effecient workouts possible at home.
Tubing is elastic resistance that can be used to create simple, effective and readily available exercise resistance training programs that you can perform anywhere.
Stretch bands are one continuous loop and are used in a variety of settings for strength training and rehab. I use these bands with my clients ranging from beginners to competitive athletes. There is a way to implement the bands into virtually any type of training including powerlifting, flexibility, rehab, stretching, body weight exercises, etc.
